I ordered my table on a matter of days ago and was some wait nervous waiting for the delivery - something as focal as a Dinning Table that doesnt make the mark can ruin a room, buying of the internet can be so hit and miss - but buying from you was just one big hit. Not only is the table gorgeous, of such a high quality and so well made but the delivery guys couldn't have been more helpful. They were pleasant offered to bring the table all the way through and even offered to wipe my floor on leaving. Great guys and having only recently moved into our property with little or no furniture I have experienced a lot of delivery guys and these beat them all hands down. They even called to say when they would be here.
I just wish you could sell everything and then I wouldn't need to waste my time with other companies that promise and never quite deliver.

Firstly I must point out that I am in no way connected with this company and neither is any of my family. We recently had an extension at our family home and increased the size of the dining room and due to the amount of entertaining we do it was necessary to have a table that could comfortably seat 10/12 I searched all the large Birmingham retail stores and only a few stocked the size of table we wanted . Having found one that we liked we were happy to order it. Then thinking at spending in excess of "£2.500" I thought I would check the internet this is when I found the company concerned. I found the table that I wanted but a little apprehensive about spends a large amount of money with out seeing the product was worrying. I explained this to the people at "oakdiningsets " and they were more that happy for my wife and I to visit the showroom and see for our selves. When we arrived we were taken t a display area and my wife immediately fell in love with the table and chairs there was a myriad to choose from. There was no pressure selling just good honest advice, not to mention a huge saving on a solid oak table.  I subsequently canceled my order with the department store and order the new table and chairs. I was told that it could be delivered within 1 week and it was it was totally hassle free; it came on time on the correct day and as described. I can honestly recommend this company, it was a pleasure dealing with them, it is not often in this day and age that the goods advertised actually live up to you expectations but on this occasion it does I have personally recommended this to colleagues that I work with.

Without fear or favor I totally recommend this company and hope they have a long and prosperous future, there are no frills or gimmicks in the showroom you by direct from the warehouse hence the saving. I can not recommend any more highly.

WE JUST WANTED TO WRITE TO THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.  WE TOOK DELIVERY OF 4 EMPEROR FAUX LEATHER DINING CHAIRS YESTERDAY HAVING VISITED NUMEROUS LOCAL DEPARTMENT STORES SITTING ON WOBBLY CHAIRS.  WE WERE VERY HESITANT AT FIRST TO ORDER SOMETHING ON THE INTERNET AS WE HAVENT ORDERED ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE.

FROM FIRST PUTTING IN THE GOOGLE SEARCH AND RINGING YOUR COMPANY ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CHAIRS, A SAMPLE OF THE LEATHER WAS SENT OUT THE NEXT DAY SO WE COULD MATCH THE COLOUR WITH OUR LEATHER SOFA.  WE TOOK THE PLUNGE AND ORDERED THE CHAIRS, RECEIVED AN E.MAIL CONFIRMING THE ORDER AND THEN A PHONE MESSAGE WAS LEFT TO SAY THE CHAIRS WOULD BE DELIVERED YESTERDAY.  WE WERE SHOCKED AT THE SPEEDINESS OF THE DELIVERY. 

WE RECEIVED A CALL TO SAY THEY WOULD BE WITH US IN HALF AN HOUR AND THEY WERE THERE BEFORE THAT.  WE OPENED THE BOXES WITH ANTICIPATION WONDERING WHAT THE QUALITY WOULD BE LIKE.  WE WERE IMPRESSED BY THE PACKAGING AND WHEN WE FINALLY GOT THE CHAIRS OUT COULDN’T BELIEVE THE QUALITY COMPARED TO WHAT WE HAD SAT ON IN THE STORES.  THEY LOOK LOVELY IN OUR ROOM AND ARE VERY COMFORTABLE TO SIT ON.

WE HAVE LEFT A REVIEW FOR YOUR COMPANY TO HELP FUTURE CUSTOMERS AND WE WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING YOU TO ANYONE.

I placed my order for a 2.4m extending Tallinn Table and 10 (i think) emperor chairs... I telephoned the next day and spoke to Martin as I wanted to place the order but delay the delivery until my dining room was finished being built.
Martin was very helpful and agreed to hold onto the furniture until I was ready. The room took longer than I thought - Martin was very agreeable. Once I telephoned requesting the delivery 2 wks later, delivery arrived as agreed.
It is a beautiful set of furniture and has been admired by our visiting friends and family. Thanks to Martin.
