Our Returns Policy - Oak Dining Sets

We are a very fair and honest company so in the unlikely event that there is a genuine problem we are always more than reasonable and do what we can to resolve any issues. We pride ourselves in our great customer service. All our products are sourced from the highest sources so it is very rare to get issues with the quality of the oak dining tables and chairs that we offer. If when you take delivery of an item you suspect that an item may have some damage please note this down on the delivery note as it helps us to resolve any issues much quicker.

The statement below is our 'official' returns policy and after more than 2 years of trading on the internet I can count on one hand the number of times that we have had to refer to it.

Our returns policy is 'We offer a no quibble 7 day return service which is subject to the item being returned at the buyers expense and a 10% restocking fee and the item being unopened and in perfect condition. Faulty items or items that does not meet the items description will be offered a refund or provided with a replacement item within 30 days of us being notified. We unconditionally reserve the right not to refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition. Please allow 30 days to process refunds'

What we do ask is if an item is delivered and you suspect that the item may have been damaged during delivery that you mark the delivery note as such so that we have a claim against the carrier which helps to speed up a replacement item if needed.
