Northern Ireland Shipping Discount - All large table sets with 6 or 8 chairs now charged at a flat maximum rate of £100 for delivery. Republic of Ireland charged at £130 for orders over 2 cubic metres.

We hold large quantities of stock in our own warehouses which enables us to dispatch over 90% of our orders within 10 business days of payment.  If for some reason an item is out of stock we will let you know but we are constantly getting new stock so the longest you are ever likely to wait is 4 weeks but the majority of the time we dispatch within a week.

We use several different carriers to deliver your goods including Nightfreight, Parcelforce, DSV and local van couriers depending on your postcode.  Large items such as the dining table and chair sets that we specialise in will usually get dispatched on a large pallet service with DSV and we go to great lengths to pack up and prepare orders carefully for dispatch.  Standard delivery of our large dining table sets is via a carrier with two drivers who will deliver to a ground floor room of your choice.  Most larger dining sets now get delivered via a 2 man delivery service as standard.  Please note that we do not offer a furniture assembly or rubbish removal service at the moment but all of the chairs that we sell come pre assembled in their boxes and most tables only require 4 legs to be bolted on.  We recommend that at least 4 people are present to help assemble some of the larger dining tables that we specialise in as they are extremely heavy and its easy to injure yourself or damage the table unless sufficient people are available to get the table out of the box and upright onto its legs.

Some customers ask us why we cant offer free delivery like many other retailers offer.  The truth is that we could offer this but our prices would have to increase by between 5 - 10% to reflect this and we really don't want to do this as it means that customers that wish to collect furniture themselves wouldn't get such a good deal.  The delivery charges for the furniture that we sell reflect the rates that we get charged by our carriers per cubic metre and this isn't cheap for some of our larger dining sets.  Then there is the time and effort that goes into packing up each item of furniture along with all the shrink wrap and bubble wrap and for the larger items a pallet which on its own can cost us ~ £10.  We want your furniture to arrive in perfect condition so we only use carriers that we can trust and that have a good track record.  You are more than welcome to arrange for your own carrier to collect your purchase or to collect in person from our Uttoxeter, Staffordshire warehouse.

Based in the Channel Islands?  Jersey?  Guernsey?  Ask us for a delivery quote for our oak dining  table sets and the option to buy without the VAT to offer a very good saving which will offset the higher delivery charges.

When your furniture is dispatched we will either email you or ring you with the details and a delivery date.  We usually send you the contact numbers and reference numbers for your items so that you can talk with the carriers direct to track the items for yourself.

We have recently launched a new delivery service which will enable us to deliver any of the furniture that we offer to any country in mainland Europe including, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Spain.  Please email us your full address and the items that you are interested in and we will come back to you within 72hrs with a full quote.  It might be far less than you think so please ask.  We can also delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands so please just ask for a delivery quote from us detailing your postcode and proposed order details and we will come back to you with a price.  If you want us to export your goods to a EU country and you have a valid VAT number please talk to us about getting your purchase exclusive of VAT to make a good saving.  For delivery outside of Europe then we request that customers contact a freight forwarding company in the UK who can deliver to America, Australia and Asia but the price is not going to be cheap.  The option is there though and customers can always arrange their own delivery for collection from our warehouse to ensure they get the best price.
